When will my order ship?
PokéMist is on pre-order. Batch 1 ships in 2-4 weeks from the day you order. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Email pokemist.us@outlook.com any time before your order ships and we'll refund you in full.
How does it work?
It's a cool-mist humidifier built into a Charizard vs Blastoise display piece. Lift the Poké Ball, pour water into the tank underneath, put the ball back and press the button on the front of the base. Mist streams from Charizard's mouth and Blastoise's cannons and meets over the Poké Ball.
How big is it?
About 25 cm tall and 50 cm wide. Big enough to stand out on a desk or shelf without taking it over.
How is it powered?
By USB, from any USB wall adapter, laptop or power bank. It switches itself off when the tank runs dry.
Can I use scent oils?
Yes. Add a few drops to the water before you put the Poké Ball back on. [Every Batch 1 order includes X scent oils.]
Is this an officially licensed product?
No. PokéMist is not an officially licensed Pokémon product.
What if it doesn't work?
It's covered by our Breathe-or-It's-Free guarantee. If it doesn't produce mist within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll refund you.
